Exercise Therapy & Personal Training

Each of our clinic locations has an Exercise Therapist that works with clients in the gym, with exercise program planning, providing health education and rehabilitation.

Massage Therapy

Our Registered Massage Therapists provide a wide range of specialized massage therapies that include therapeutic and deep tissue massage, sport massage, relation massage, as well as TMJ and laryngeal massage.

These techniques can help support muscle release, pain management, injury recovery, circulation, and also provide relaxation.

Manual Osteopathic Therapy

A gentle hands-on treatment that balances the structure of the body. Highly individualized Manual Osteopathic Therapy treats the root cause of pain and imbalance to restore function to the body. Techniques may include: Osteoarticulations, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy Techniques, Craniosacral Techniques, Lymphatic Drainage, and Visceral Manipulation. *Direct billing is NOT available for this service. It is the client's responsibility to determine if their benefits cover MOT treatments.
